Solinea is Alveo’s first multi-tower
development in Cebu City, master planned and envisioned to offer

Solinea is initially planned to be a five-tower development over
a 2.6hectare land area, all sharing a central amenity designed

To reflect the dynamic vibe of the city, Solinea will also

shopping experiences offered by Ayala Center Cebu, which is

Phase 1 of Solinea will be located right across Ayala Center
Cebu with its first tower at a height of 35 storeys. It will
have a total of 591 units composed of well-planned and
space-efficient Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom units.
Special units are also located in the podium and penthouse
levels of the building.

Solinea is located within Cebu
Business Park, a 50-hectare master planned develoment
established as the business and lifestyle center of Cebu and
Southern Philippines. Established in 1989, Cebu Business Park is
home to Ayala Center Cebu, which features over 431 shops and
restaurants, 14 offices, as well as several residential condos,
all set amidst refreshing expanses of greens.
The project is situated in a prime location, right across Ayala
Center Cebu. It will rise in a 2.6-hectare property bounded by
two major access roads – Luzon Ave. on the north and Cardinal
Rosales Ave. on the east. Having access to these major
